The Wayne State University men's tennis team will be holding an open tryout on Thursday, September 6 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the WSU Tennis Courts, located north of the Matthaei Building.
Anyone interested in attending must be enrolled full-time (at least 12 credits) for the Fall 2012 semester at Wayne State. In addition, players must bring a copy of their fall schedule and present proof of a physical exam within the last six months. Players must also bring their own equipment for the tryout.
After a Hall of Fame career as a Wayne State student-athlete, head coach Bryan Morrow returned to WSU in 2008 to take over the men's tennis program. In his four seasons, Morrow has guided the Warriors to a 52-39 record and two NCAA Tournament appearances.
For additional information and to RSVP please contact head coach Bryan Morrow at dr3340@wayne.edu. All participants planning on trying out should contact coach Morrow before Sept. 6.
