WSU continued to execute offensively in the fourth set and led 6-1 to begin the game. MTU went on a 7-1 run to take an 8-7 lead. The two teams were tied at 15-15 following a WSU attack error. The set remained tied at 20-20 after a Bulkiewicz kill. Two kills from Shell and another kill from Weiss gave the Warriors a 23-20 advantage. Wayne State would win the set 25-22 on a kill from Ottey to take the match three games to one.
Madison Reeves (Indianapolis, Ind. / Avon) collected 40 assists while Bulkiewicz collected her 29th career double-double with 16 digs. WSU hit .252 compared to Tech's .185 hitting percentage.
