The Wayne State University Athletic department has revised the facility rental costs available to the public. The following is the updated athletic facility rental list.

1. Attendant Cost $25.00/hr.
2. Technician Cost $15.00/hr.
3. Student Assistant & Lifeguard Cost $15.00/hr.
4. Administrative Charges 10%

2. Gym 110 $400.00/hr.
3. Gym 111 $600.00/hr.
4. Racquetball Courts $50.00/hr./court
5. Weight Room $150.00/hr.
6. Squash Courts $50.00/hr./court
7. Pools $250.00/hr./pool
8. Hall of Fame Foyer $125.00/hr.
9. Room 106 $50.00/hr.
** All rental prices include locker/restrooms
Outside Areas
1. Track $150.00/hr.
2. Softball & Baseball Varsity Fields $300.00/hr.
3. Tennis Courts $40.00/hr./court
4. Intramural Fields $200.00/hr./field
5. Football Practice Fields $350.00/hr.
6. (*)Football Game Stadium Separate Event Charge
7. Football Game Stadium w/ Press box Separate Event Charge
(*) $2,500 non-refundable deposit (Flat rate fee) for events over one day that exceeds $5000 in cost. If the event is less than $5,000 in cost a 20% deposit is required prior to the event.
** The required Wayne State University insurance policy is NOT part of the rental. Each group/organization is responsible for obtaining their own insurance according to WSU specifications/standards developed by the Office of General Council.
