Karrington Seals-Yeargin, who was an eight-time track letterwinner (2015-18), was a six-time All-American hurdler and a two-time Academic All-American.

Seals became the first women's indoor track All-American in program history in 2016 by placing eighth at the NCAA Championships in the 60m hurdles.  She received All-GLIAC and All-Region recognition with a runner-up finish in the 60m hurdles at the GLIAC Championships.  Seals garnered Second Team All-America honors that spring by placing 10th in the 100m hurdles at the NCAA Championships.  She won the 100m hurdles at GLIACs and received All-Region honors.

The following year, Seals recorded the highest NCAA finish by a Warrior (fifth) in any event at the NCAA Indoor Championships in school history.  The GLIAC Champion in the 60m indoor hurdles, she was named All-Region.  Seals garnered a Second Team All-America certificate with a 12th-place finish in the 100m hurdles at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.  An All-Region selection, she finished third in the 100m hurdles at the GLIAC Championships.

In her senior season, Seals received a GLIAC Commissioner's Award for academic and athletic excellence.  She was a Second Team All-American in the 60m hurdles after placing 10th at the NCAA Indoor Championships.  Seals won the GLIAC title for a second consecutive indoor season, while also being honored with All-Region recognition.  She capped off her collegiate career with a sixth-place finish in the 100m hurdles at the NCAA Outdoor Championship to earn First Team All-America accolades.  At the 2018 GLIAC Outdoor Championships, Seals won the 100m hurdles, placed second in the long jump, and was a member of the fifth-place 4x100m relay which placed her fourth among all competitors with 19 points at the league meet.

Even six years after she graduated, Seals still holds the top 21 all-time indoor times in the 60m hurdles, and the top 11 (and 26 of top 27) all-time outdoor times in the 100m hurdles.

A Biological Sciences Honors major, Seals was an eight-time Academic Honor Roll recipient, including seven semesters with at least a 3.5 term GPA.  She was the 2017-18 WSU Female Student-Athlete of the Year.
