Senior Shareta Brown led WSU to its fourth and fifth straight wins on Friday and Sunday with 49 points, 37 rebounds, five steals and five assists. Aginst #17 GVSU, she finished with 32 points and the third most rebounds in program history at 24. She shot .800 from the floor each game. She also was named GLIAC South Division Player of the Week for the fourth consecutive time this season.
