Sophomore Elizabeth Herriman (Adrian, Mich. / Sand Creek) broke her own school record in the javelin with a provisional toss of 44.39m (145-08) at the GVSU Last Chance Meet on Saturday. That thow ranks 13th nationally. Herriman also participated in two other events in Saturday. She had a toss of 12.69m (41-07.75) in the shot put, and 41.86m (137-04) in the discus.
