Senior guard Marcus Moore (Lansing, Mich. / Waverly) helped the Warriors to a pair of victories by averaging 18.0 PPG, 6.5 RPG, 4.0 APG and 1.0 SPG. He shot 59 percent from the floor (13-of-22), including 43 percent (3-of-7) from beyond the arc. Moore was also a perfect 7-for-7 from the charity stripe. He had 12 first-half points vs. Ashland on 4-6 FG (2-3 3-PT) and 2-2 FT. His three-pointer in the first half turned an 8-7 deficit into a 10-8 advantage. WSU never trailed in the contest after this. Moore assisted on the next basket, then drained another three-pointer. After AU tied the game at 18-18, he scored again. At Tiffin, Moore had 16 second-half points, then opened overtime with an assist and bucket as WSU began the extra session on a 7-0 run.
