In this final start at Harwell Field, senior Jared Tobey (St. Clair, Mich.) tallied a career-high 14 strikeouts over seven innings as he powered WSU to a game one victory,  He allowed four runs on six hits but had the Lakers swinging and missing all day long.  The victory gives him 22 career wins, which is third most all-time and he passed Anthony Bass and Alex Kinch on Friday.  He also passed Bass on the career strikeout chart and has 217 Ks, which ranks fourth in program history.
