Wayne State University Athletics

The Wayne State University women's cross country team dominated the Saginaw Valley State Invite, finishing in first place.  The Warriors paced the field with 18 points. 

WSU had four of the top five runners at the event, with Ashley Defrain (Fort Gratiot, Mich. / Port Huron Northern) leading the pack in second place.  She finished in a time of 23:42.5.
