Matt Bushman was phenomenal against Ferris State to close out the 2022 regular season. He totaled 13 tackles, two tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery, a quarterback hurry, and an interception against the Bulldogs.

On the season, Buschman led the entire nation in fumble recoveries, scooping up five in just 10 games played. His performance last week earned him GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week honors.
