Carmelo Harris averaged 23 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals per game in Wayne State men's basketball's 2-0 week. Harris put up game-high and career-best 33 points on Sunday in the 85-77 win over Lawrence Tech, the most ever by a Warrior inside the WSU Fieldhouse. The sophomore guard was very efficient in the process shooting 55 percent (11-20) from the field, 50 percent (5-10) from three and 100 percent (6-6) from the free throw line. Those 33 points are the program's most in a home game since Javon Henderson put up 36 on Feb. 2, 2019 vs. Davenport. Harris began the week on Tuesday with 13 points, 4 assists and a steal in an 84-73 victory over Lake Erie.
