Eyad Marouf was impressive once again in the sabre category on Saturday at Notre Dame's DeCicco Duals. The junior tallied a record of 16-1 for the six rounds of action, with the lone defeat coming against the host Fighting Irish. Marouf ended the day with the most bout victories of any men's fencer in South Bend, and improved to 22-1 in the weapon for the pair of NCAA-sanctioned events that the Warriors have competed in during 2024.
