Sophomore Rob Lee, Jr. became the fourth men's basketball player in program history and first since 2006 to score 40 points in a single game. Lee, Jr. went off for 40 points at Northern Michigan on Thursday night going 12-of-18 from the field, 6-of-8 behind the arc and 10-of-10 at the free throw line. The Flint, Mich. native was just the second GLIAC player to accomplish the feat this season joining Marcus Tomashek of Michigan Tech, who did it on Nov. 23 against MSU Moorhead. Lee, Jr. followed up that 40-point performance with another team high on Saturday, 19 points at Michigan Tech.
