Redshirt sophomore Keneisha Thomas (Madison Heights, Mich. / Lamphere) broke her own school record in the 400m hurdles at the Azusa Pacific University Bryan Clay Invitational last Friday.  She was also a part of the 4x400m relay which achieved an NCAA Provisional mark with the second-fastest time in program history.  On Thursday, Thomas paced second in the 100m hurdles at the Cal State LA Twilight Open with her best time of the season (14.71).
