Senior Avery Wilson (Davison, Mich.) placed second in the 400m dash last Friday at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic, eclipsing her own school record by nearly 0.5 seconds in an NCAA Provisional time of 56.25.  Her previous school record of 56.72 was set at the 2025 GLIAC Championships at Saginaw Valley State.  Wilson also ran the third leg of the third-place 4x400m relay quartet.
