• FINDLAY GAME STORYLINES
Wayne State tied the school record for overall wins in a season (8) and league victories in a year (7) with last Saturday's win over Indianapolis.
The eight-win mark had been reached just three times prior to 2010 (1975, 1976 and 2008) and the seven conference victory plateau had been reached just once prior in 2008.

• INDIANAPOLIS RECAP
No. 24 WSU maintained its second-place standing in the GLIAC with a 41-27 victory.
The Wayne State offense stepped up its game to the tune of 441 yards of total offense.
The Warriors led 3-0 following an 80-yard drive capped by a 25-yard field goal by
Stefan Terleckyj. The big play of the drive was a 36-yard reception by
Troy Burrell off a pass from
Mickey Mohner.
The Warrior defense limited Indianapolis to three first downs and 59 yards in the opening stanza resulting in three Greyhound punts.
WSU's offense took over with 1:44 left in the first period following a touchback, and drove 80 yards again with
Josh Renel scoring on a 16-yard jaunt on the fourth play of the second quarter. The Warriors had five first downs on the drive and converted their only third down play as
Ed Sanders hauled in a 13-yard pass from Mohner.

The WSU offense and defense continued the same pattern after the Warriors had a 13-0 lead. The defense turned in its third three-and-out of the first half, and the Wayne State offense responded with its fourth scoring drive in the first 27 minutes. Following a Greyhound touchback on a punt, Sanders had a 30-yard reception on the first play and Burrell followed with a 48-yard catch to the UI two-yard line.
Toney Davis scored on the next play completing a three-play, 80-yard drive in 1:18.
