Detroit --  After picking up their second GLIAC win Friday at Hillsdale, the Wayne State women's tennis squad (3-1, 3-1 GLIAC) scooped up another league win Saturday morning at the WSU Tennis Courts over the University of Findlay (1-3, 0-3 GLIAC) 9-0.

It was a dominating performance all around for the Warriors as the Oilers could only muster four points in the three combined doubles matches and it became clear that Wayne State was on its way. Anne Li Briand (Repentigny, Que. / École Secondaire Félix-Leclerc) took home a dominating 6-0, 6-0 win at #4 singles after teaming with Yahsha Moore (West Bloomfield, Mich. / West Bloomfield) in #1 doubles for an 8-3 victory, Moore later took care of business at #1 singles 6-2, 6-2.

Alex Poissant (Laval, Que. / Vanier Prep) had the lone close match with her first set going to a tiebreak before she handled her business with a 7-6 (8-6), 6-0 victory in the #3 singles spot to run her singles record to 4-0 on the year.

The ITA Regionals are up next for the Warrior ladies at Jenison High School this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
