AUBURNDALE, Fla. -- The Wayne State University baseball team (12-2 overall) and D'Youville (6-6 overall) were tied, 2-2, through seven and a half innings of play on Monday afternoon. The Warriors then pushed across a pair of runs in the bottom of the eighth to take the lead for good, 4-2, and win their sixth game in a row.

Hunter DeLanoy (Hartland, Mich. / Hartland) to make it a 1-1 game.
Four innings later,
CJ Maury's (Brampton, Ont. / Mayfield SS) sacrifice fly to center field that brought in
Noah Miller (Macomb, Mich. / University Liggett) gave the Warriors their first lead, 2-1. After a second D'Youville solo homerun in the sixth, the stage was set for WSU in the eighth.
