Baseball Signs Four Pitchers for 2024 Season

DETROIT -- Wayne State University head baseball coach Ryan Kelley has announced the signing of four pitchers ahead of the 2024 season.  The group features three freshmen and a Division I transfer out of Central Michigan.

"This group will add competitive depth to our current pitching staff under the guidance of Pitching Coach Eric Bezel and his support system," said Kelley.  "Throughout the recruiting process, we were impressed with their positional talent, academic goals and team skills.  These intangibles will aid in their transition to the Wayne State University baseball program.  Our returning group at this position and alumni pitchers have generated a foundation for success on the mound.  We look forward to these incomers embracing the path to victory and building upon WSU pitching tradition into the future."
