Warrior Sports Network To Broadcast Over 50 WSU Basketball Games This Winter

DETROIT -- The Warrior Sports Network (WSN), which was launched this fall, will broadcast over 50 regular-season Wayne State University basketball games (men and women combined) during the 2025-26 campaign.  The audio for every game is free by clicking here.

All 27 men's basketball contests will air on the Warrior Sports Network with veteran play-by-play broadcaster Kevin Brechmacher calling the action for the 10th consecutive season.  He will be joined on the home broadcasts by former WSU basketball student-athletes Andy Dold, Chuck Key and Marcus Moore on a rotating basis.

In addition, every GLIAC basketball game will be on FloHoops as well as all home games from the WSU Fieldhouse.  To subscribe to FloCollege (FloHoops) please click here.

Brechmacher will also broadcast every away GLIAC game for the women's basketball squad.  Home contests will have various play-by-play announcers including Brady Beedon and Sean Baligian.  Both women's hoops matches this weekend (Friday at Malone and Saturday at Ashland) will be on the WSN with Tom Cavanaugh calling the action both days from Ohio.

Veteran Detroit broadcaster Tony Ortiz will handle the sideline reporting duties for a majority of the home games on both FloHoops and the Warrior Sports Network.

The Warrior Sports Network had over 3,000 listeners during the football season.
