2026 Hall of Fame Inductee - Kristian W. Larsen

Below is the fourth of the six inductees bios.

Kristian W. Larsen was a four-year men's swimming letterwinner (2010-14), who was a 24-time All-American and an 11-time GLIAC Champion.

Larsen earned 15 First Team All-America honors (three individual and 12 relays) while receiving Honorable Mention All-America recognition nine times (six individual and three relays).

He was a four-time All-American in the 200 free, 200 free relay, 400 free relay and 800 free relay as WSU finished in the top seven nationally all four years, including third-place finishes in 2011 and 2014.

At the GLIAC Championships, Larsen helped the Warriors win four consecutive league titles, while garnering three individual and eight relay league crowns.

His individual titles came in the 100 free and 200 free in 2013, and the 500 free in 2012. He won relay titles in four different events (200 free in 2011 and 2012, 400 free in 2011-12-14, 800 free in 2013 and 2014, and 400 medley in 2014).

A three-time GLIAC All-Academic team selection, Larsen was also voted to the 2014 CoSIDA Academic All-America Second Team.

The native of Frederiksberg, Denmark, earned both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from WSU and was a six-time Academic Honor Roll recipient.
