2020-21:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019-20:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Awarded USTFCCCA All-Academic honors ... competed in seven meets as a true freshman ... placed seventh (19:23.7) in first collegiate meet (5K) at the Detroit Mercy Invite (9/7) ... finished sixth (23:48.6) in the Second Annual Warrior Challenge 6K (9/21) ... set a 5K PR (19:09.2) at the Greater Louisville Classic Gold race (10/5) ... completed the Lewis Conference Crossover 6K (10/12) in 24:10.7 ... earned a time of 23:10.0 at the GLIAC Championships (10/26) ... finished the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/9) in 22:52.8 ... earned a 6K personal-best time of 22:33.1 at the NCAA Championships (11/23).  INDOOR:  Participated in five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished 19th in the 5000m race (19:05.75) at GLIACs ... had a personal-best time of 18:37.26 for the 5k indoor at the GVSU Big Meet Friday (2/14) ... clocked in a personal-best time in the 3k indoor of 10:50.72 at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic (2/8) ... ran a personal-best of 5:32.13 for the mile at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open (1/17) ... also competed in the 4x400m relay at the Doug Hansen Open.  OUTDOOR:  Cancelled due to COVID-19.
