2023-24:  Selected WSU Female Student-Athlete of the Year (became just the fourth person in the history of the award to be a two-time recipient ) ... received CSCAA Individual Scholar All-American First Team honors ... 2023-24 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... recipient of a GLIAC Commissioner's Award for academic and athletic excellence ... garnered First Team Academic All-American honors by College Sports Communicators (CSC, formerly CoSIDA).  NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Was a six-time All-American, including four First Team and two Second Team honors ... recorded a best finish of fourth in the 500 free (4:51.17) ... other First Team finishes included sixth in the 1000 free (10:01.00) and eighth in both the 800 free relay (7:22.29) and 1650 free (16:47.70) ... Second Team All-American results were in the 200 free (10th - 1:49.31) and 400 free relay (16th - 3:26.73) ... also swam  as a member of the 200 free relay team that came home 18th with a mark of 1:34.23.  GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Named GLIAC Swimmer of the Year for the first time in her collegiate career ... received First Team All-GLIAC honors five times for winning the 200 free (1:48.33), 500 free (4:50.53), and 200 back (1:59.20), while also being a member of two first-place relay squads in the 800 free relay (7:23.20) and 400 free relay (3:24.16) ... notched Third Team All-GLIAC as a part of the 400 medley relay (3:47.21) to make six total All-GLIAC recognitions ... also swam in the 1000 free (fourth - 10:05.33) ... set a GLIAC Meet Record for her performance in the 500 free, while helping set the conference meet record in both relay events (400 free and 800 free).  SEASON:  Competed in eight of the team's 10 swim meets, missing the events at Oakland and Findlay.

2022-23:  Recipient of a GLIAC Commissioner's Award for outstanding academic and athletic achievement, the second consecutive year earning that distinction ... garnered First Team CSCAA Scholar All-America accolades ... 2022-23 honoree for the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award ... named Third Team Academic All-American by College Sports Communicators (CSC, formerly CoSIDA).  NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Was a five-time All-American ... scored a total of 58.5 points, which would have placed 18th in the team standings ... led off the 800 free relay team that earned First Team All-American honors by placing seventh with a school/GLIAC record time of 7:20.92 ... also earned First Team All-American distinction by placing second in the 1000 free (school record time of 9:53.61), second in the 500 free (school record time of 4:50.13) and third in the 1650 free (16:44.86) ... her lone Honorable Mention All-American nod came when she was 12th in the 400 free relay (second leg, 3:25.83) ... placed 21st in the 200 free (1:50.35).  GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Won a pair of GLIAC titles including the 1000 free (10:01.19) and the 800 free relay team (7:23.68 - new meet record) ... overall, was a seven-time All-GLIAC honoree as she also finished second in the 500 free (4:52.33), second in the 1650 free (16:52.32), third in the 200 free (1:50.38), third in the 400 medley relay (3:50.48), and third in the 400 free relay (3:25.89).  SEASON:  Selected GLIAC Swimmer of the Week on Nov. 22 ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in all 11 of the team's meets.

2021-22:  Voted WSU Female Student-Athlete of the Year ... recipient of a GLIAC Commissioner's Award for outstanding academic and athletic achievement ... earned First Team CSCAA Scholar All-America accolades.  NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Was a six-time All-American (1 First Team Individual, 3 Honorable Mention Individual and 2 Honorable Mention Relays) ... took fifth in the 500 free (4:53.70) ... placed 10th in the 200 back (1:59.69) and 11th in both the 1000 free (10:12.53) and 200 free (1:49.91) ... earned 10th place in the 800 free relay (7:28.09) and 15th place with the 200 medley relay team (1:44.25).  GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Was a seven-time All-GLIAC honoree ... placed first in the 500 free (4:56.42), second in the 200 back (2:00.04) and 1000 free (10:20.46) and third in the 200 free (1:50.71) … helped the 800 free relay (7:27.50), 400 free relay (3:26.69) and 400 medley relay (3:46.45) teams finish second.  SEASON:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... 2021-22 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award ... competed in seven regular-season meets ... won the 100 back (59.19) and 1,000 free (10:47.60), while also helping the 400 free relay team touch out in first (3:38.89) against Davenport and Ashland (10/22) … Took second in the 175 free (1:43.08) and third in both the 75 back (44.07) and 125 IM (1:19.35) at Northern Michigan (11/5) … claimed first in the 1,000 free (10:48.69), third in the 200 free (1:58.47), third in the 200 back (2:07.23) and anchored the third place 200 free relay squad (1:40.42) against Northern Michigan (11/6) … earned GLIAC Swimmer of the Week honors after finishing first in the 200 free (1:50.41), first in the 200 back (2:00.55) and second in the 100 back (57.50), while also helping three relay teams (400 free relay, 800 free relay and 200 medley relay) finish in the top two at the Don Kimble Invitational (11/21) … collected third place in the 500 free (5:23.12), while also seeing action in three other events versus Oakland (1/22) … won the 1000 free (10:22.74), finished third in the 200 back (2:08.29) and anchored the third place 400 free relay team (3:34.75) at Oakland (1/23) … placed third in the 100 free (55.80) and led off the third place 200 medley relay team (1:50.30) against Calvin (1/28).

2020-21:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... did not compete ... placed 23rd in the 200 back prelims at the 2021 Australian Olympic Trials in a time of 2:19.38 (seed time of 2:14.68) ... 2020-21 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2019-20:  Earned CSCAA Scholar All-America recognition.  NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Was a four-time First Team All-American (two individual and two relays) after qualifying for events on the final two days of competition ... finished 32nd in the 1000 free with a time of 10:23.86 ... completed the 200 free in 1:53.19 ... was scheduled to compete on the both the Friday and the Saturday of the NCAA Championships, which were cancelled due to COVID-19, as the seventh-seed in the 200 back, the eighth-seeded 400 free relay, the 11th-seeded 800 free relay, and the 17th-seed in the 500 free.  GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Named GLIAC Freshman of the Year ... was a six-time All-GLIAC swimmer (one First Team Individual, three First Team Relays, two Second Team Individuals) ... notched a victory in the 200 free after meeting NCAA B standards (1:49.87) ... swam the final leg of the first-place 400 free relay, which set a meet record in an NCAA B-cut time of 3:24.40 ... anchored the first-place 400 medley relay (NCAA B-cut time of 3:46.04) and the top 800 free relay (7:30.19) ... was the runner-up in both the 500 free (4:56.10) and the 200 back (1:59.29), meeting NCAA standards in both events ... finished the 1000 free in sixth place with an NCAA B-cut time of 10:17.77.  SEASON:  Led off the third-place 300 3x100 back relay (2:55.01), the fourth-place 800 free relay (8:04.90), and the fifth-place 1500 free relay (16:12.59) at the Golden Grizzly Relays (10/12), while also competing in the fourth-place 300 3x100 breast relay (3:26.34) and anchoring the fourth-place 400 4x100 IM relay (4:09.91) ... notched her first collegiate victories in both the 200 free (1:58.62) and the 200 back (2:03.41) vs. Davenport and Tiffin (10/18), and placed fourth in the 200 IM (2:15.92) ... was the runner-up in the 200 back (2:03.18) versus Oakland (10/25), and finished fourth in both the 400 medley relay (4:01.56) and the 200 free (1:59.38) ... won the 500 free (5:13.65) at Ashland (11/8) and completed the 200 free relay in second place (1:42.12) and the 200 free in fourth place (1:58.24) ... earned NCAA B-cuts in the 200 back (1:58.28) and in the 500 free (4:59.52) at the Denison Invite (12/5-12/7) ... placed first in the 200 back (2:06.68) and second in the 1000 free (10:53.13) at Saginaw Valley State (1/10) ... swam in the fourth-place 200 free relay (1:43.33) vs. Eastern Michigan (1/11), while finishing fifth in both the 200 free (1:59.68) and the 500 free (5:18.86) ... notched victories in both the 200 free (1:59.25) and the 500 free (5:17.94) at Findlay (1/17), and anchored the second-place 200 free relay (1:41.73) ... finished as the runner-up in the 1000 free (10:51.44), the 200 free (1:59.30), and as the anchor of the 400 free relay (3:38.17) versus Grand Valley State (1/25), while also placing third in the 500 free (5:18.07).

High School:  A December 2018 graduate of Mentone Grammar School ... helped Mentone to four consecutive Associated Grammar Schools of Victoria (AGSV) league titles ... holds numerous school records for both individual and relay races ... received the squad's 2018 award for being the Best Team Member for Leadership, Determination and Service ... served as a team captain ... swam in the summer for the Bayside Swimming Club ... finished second in the 200 back at the 2019 Victoria U17/18 championships ... also finished runner-up in the 200 back at the 2019 Victorian Open Championships ... ranked in the top 10 swimmers in Victoria in her age group each of the last five seasons.
