Deans' Award recipient from the Mike Ilitch School of Business for having the highest cumulative grade-point average among all student-athletes in that particular college ... selected by the Mike Ilitch School of Business as a 25 under 25 recipient ... saw time in eight relief appearances with six and two-thirds innings pitched, a 2.70 ERA, two strikeouts, and four walks ... didn't give up a run in his first four outings and 3.1 frames ... those four contests included two batters retired against both Ohio Dominican on March 5 and Wayne State College on March 10 before an inning of work vs. both Parkside on March 26 and Purdue Northwest on April 7 ... teamed up with Karter Fitzpatrick for a combined shutout in that 8-0 March 10 victory over the Wildcats ... also notched a scoreless line against Hillsdale on April 25 and Davenport on May 7 ... stranded two of three inherited runners during the season ...
