2024:   Won the Amway River Bank Run 10K on May 11 in 30:52.81 ... link to post-race TV interview.

2023:  Received Second Team All-GLIAC recognition after placing 16th (24:59.20) at the GLIAC Championships (10/21) ... earned GLIAC Athlete of the Week honors (9/6) after winning the men's 8K race at the Skippers Cross Country Showcase (9/1) with a time of 25:08.50 ... the result was his first collegiate outdoor cross country victory in his first race for WSU since the 2021 NCAA Championships ... came home second at the Warrior Challenge (9/15) with a time of 25:17.60 ... raced in six meets ... secured a third consecutive top-10 finish for the season with a ninth-place effort (25:57.70) at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/22) ... ended up 23rd at the Lewis Crossover Invite (10/7) with a time of 24:39.70 … closed the campaign by crossing the line 40th at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/4) with a mark of 32:00.10 ... placed second out of 2,942 runners at the 2023 Bayshore Half-Marathon on May 27.

2022:  Did not compete in any events.

2021:  Helped lead the Warriors to a 15th-place team finish at the NCAA Championships ... earned USTFCCCA All-America honors after recording a 39th-place finish at the NCAA Championships (11/20) in a time of 31:27.9 ... garnered USTFCCCA All-Region honors after posting a season-best 10K time of 31:07.9 and finishing 22nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/6) ... received Second Team All-GLIAC recognition after a 20th-place finish at the GLIAC Championships (8K) on Oct. 23, crossing the line in 26:25.4 ... ran in six meets ... crossed the finish line in 26:00.4 at the Warrior Challenge 8K (9/10) ... placed third with a time of 25:41.3 at the Roy Griak Invitational D2 race (8K) on Sept. 24 ... posted a season-best 8K time of 24:48.4 at the Lewis Crossover (10/9). 

2020-21:  Cross Country season was not held due to COVID-19.

2019:  Voted team co-captain prior to the start of the season ... named GLIAC Male Athlete of the Week on Oct. 8 ... competed in five meets ... placed fourth (20:49.1) at the Detroit Mercy Invite four mile (9/7) ... crossed the finish line in fourth place (26:26.0) at the Second Annual Warrior Challenge (9/21) ... earned a personal-best time of 24:42.5 in the Greater Louisville Classic Gold 8K race (10/5) ... finished the Lewis Conference Crossover 8K (10/12) in 26:34.2 ... placed 28th (25:26.4) at the GLIAC Championship 8K (10/26) ... led the Warriors in a 10K personal-best time of 32:53.6 and a 33rd-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/9).

2018:   Selected as the squad's Newcomer of the Year ... competed in six meets as a true freshman ... placed 26th (26:10.4) at the Calvin Knight Invite (9/8) in first collegiate race ... earned a time of 24:54.9 at the GRCC Raider Invite (9/22) ... crossed the finish line at the Lewis Conference Crossover Invitational (10/6) in 26:15.1 ... finished the Inaugural Warrior Challenge (10/20) in 12th place with a time of 26:26.4 ... competed at the GLIAC Championships (11/3), completing the event in 26:21.1 to finish 32nd ... crossed the finish line in 32:55.3 at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/17) to place 35th.
