2023-24: 2023-24 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award. CROSS COUNTRY:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in four meets ... posted a time of 22:46.60 for 24th at the Skippers Cross Country Showcase (9/1) ... was 57th at the Warrior Challenge (9/15) with a mark of 26:18.20 ... raced to a time of 27:35.50 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/22) for 281st overall ... secured 62nd (21:27.70) at the Muskegon Jayhawk Invitational (10/14).

2022-23:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... saw action in four meets … finished 32nd with a time of 21:22.0 at the Northwood Invitational (9/10) … placed 12th at the Lock Haven Invitational White Race (9/24), recording a time of 24:55.8 … completed the Lansing Community College Invite (9/30) in a time of 21.09.4, which was good enough for 39th place … secured 120th place with a time of 25:54.6 at the Warrior Challenge (10/22) ... was unavailable for the indoor and outdoor track seasons due to an internship. 

2021-22:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Competed in three meets … finished with a time of 25:13.6 at the Warrior Challenge 6K (9/10) … posted a season-best 6K time of 25:00.29 at the Saginaw Valley State Invite (10/2) … crossed the finish line in 20:49.1 at the Northwood Invitational (5K) on Oct. 15.  INDOOR:  Participated in five regular-season meets … posted a season-best time of 5:45.38 for the mile at the SVSU Triangular (2/5) … recorded a season-best mark of 12:00.04 for 3K at the SVSU Jet’s Pizza Invite (1/28-29).  OUTDOOR:  Participated in two regular-season meets running the 5K at both competitions ... ran a season-best time of 20:04.71 at the Elaine Leigh Invite.

Pre-WSU:  Attended Muskegon Community College during the 2020-21 academic year, but did not compete in athletics.
