2024-25:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Competed in two meets for WSU, while appearing in two more as an unattached runner ... participated at the Northwood Invitational (9/7) as an unattached runner, finishing at the 20:26.10 mark ... competed at the Warrior Challenge (9/13), finishing 87th (26:57.30) ... completed the Lewis Crossover Invitational with a time of 26:58.39 as an unattached runner ... crossed the finish line 22nd at the SVSU Red October Meet (10/18) with a time of 26:45.60.  INDOOR:  Participated in five regular-season meets ... ran a season-best time of 2:21.55 for 800m at the SVSU Tune-Up ... posted a season-best mark in the mile (5:32.76) at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic ... recorded a season-best time of 3:19.43 for 1,000m at the Findlay Alumni Classic.  OUTDOOR:  Did not compete in any meets ... was redshirted.
