2008: Earned All-America accolades by placing 21st in the national championship meet ... also earned All-Region honors by finishing third at the NCAA Midwest Regional in Big Rapids ... was a First Team ALL-GLIAC selection by placing fourth at the league championship meet in Sault Ste. 2005: Earned All-GLIAC First Team honors after finishing fifth (26:57.9) at the GLIAC Championship on Oct. 22. ... finished 19th at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 32:31.1 ... had four top-10 and six top-20 finishes ... season-best 8k came at Lehigh/Paul Short Invitational with a time of 24:57.

2004: Redshirted ... did not compete.

High School: A 2004 graduate of Fordson High School ... was a four-year cross country and track letterwinner at Fordson ... earned all-city and all-league honors three consecutive years and all-state accolades as a senior ... served as a team captain for both sports ... finished 24th at the 2003 Division I state cross country championship in a time of 15:41.25 ... placed sixth at the 2004 state track meet in the 3200m in a time of 9:20.49 ... named MVP junior and senior years.
