2009-10: NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS: Claimed six First Team All-America honors and seven total … finished second in the 200 butterfly (2:02.28) … placed third in the 400 individual medley (4:23.24) after breaking her own school record in the prelims (4:21.43) … came in fifth in the 200 IM (2:04.19) … swam the third leg of the 400 medley relay (3:42.91), which finished .64 seconds behind Drury as both schools came in under the national record pace … helped the relay break the school record it set in the prelims (3:45.20) … anchored the second-place 800 free relay (7:30.40) and went second in the 400 free relay which came in fourth (3:27.82) ... earned Honorable Mention All-America accolades after an 11th-place finish in the 200 breast. 2008-09: NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS: Led the team with seven First Team All-America honors ... finished third in the 200 butterfly (2:01.67) and fourth in the 400 individual medley (4:22.84) after breaking her own school record in both events in the prelims (2:01.58, 4:21.83) ... placed sixth in the 200 free (1:51.30) ... broke her own WSU record in the 200 IM, finishing eighth (2:04.46) ... joined three school-record setting relays ... swam the third leg of the fourth-place 400 medley relay (3:46.43) and anchored the fifth-place 800 free relay (7:27.82) ... led off the eighth-place 400 free relay (3:28.38) with a 100-free school record time of 51.58 ... also guided the preliminary 400 free relay to a school record (3:27.49). 2007-08: NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS: Garnered seven All-America accolades, including two First Team honors ... finished third and eclipsed her own WSU record in the 200 butterfly (2:02.83) ... bested her previous school record in the 200 individual medley (2:07.40), finishing 12th ... came in 13th in the 400 IM (4:33.70) ... contributed to three school record-setting relays ... was on the 200 medley relay which finished seventh (1:47.38) after setting a WSU record in the prelims (1:47.35) ... swam the second 200 in the ninth-place 800 free relay (7:41.26) and breaststroke on the 10th-place 400 medley relay (3:53.98) ... led the 10th-place 400 free relay which broke the school record in the prelims (3:31.16) and finals (3:30.66) ... also surpassed the WSU mark in the 100 free in both relays with respective times of 52.30 and 52.19. GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS: Named the GLIAC Women's Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Year ... successfully defended her conference title in the 200 individual medley (2:07.58) ... also won the 400 IM (4:32.21) and finished third in the 100 breaststroke (1:07.14) ... swam the breaststroke portion of the first-place 200 medley relay, which set a school record (1:47.52), and the first-place 400 medley relay (3:58.45) ... anchored the 800 free relay, which placed second (7:49.59), and swam the third leg of the third-place 400 free relay (3:35.59). SEASON: Earned GLIAC Women's Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week accolades (Oct. 22) after winning the 200 butterfly (2:06.75), making an NCAA [quote]A[quote] cut, and placing second in the 200 individual medley (2:09.84) Oct. 19 at Eastern Michigan ... broke her 2006 record in the 200 butterfly Nov. 30 at the Eastern Michigan Invitational (2:04.90) and set a new school mark in the 100 breaststroke (1:06.70) the next day, which was later broken at GLIACs ... anchored the 800 freestyle relay which eclipsed the previous record by over five seconds (7:41.35) ... set a Matthaei pool record in the 200 fly Jan. 11 against Grand Valley State (2:06.72).

2006-07: NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS: Led the team with seven All-America awards ... finished seventh in the 200 butterfly (2:07.90) to garner a First Team honor, and took home two Honorable Mentions in the 200 individual medley, breaking her own school record with a 12th-place time of 2:08.03, and the 400 IM, finishing 11th (4:32.98) ... was also a member of four Honorable Mention relay squads - the 400 freestyle relay (3:35.23 - 14th), 800 freestyle relay (7:47.23 - 10th), 200 medley relay (1:50.44 - 16th), and 400 medley relay (3:58.49 - 12th), which set a school record of 3:57.95 in the preliminary round. GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS: Won the 200 individual medley (2:08.63) and the 200 butterfly (2:06.36), setting a GLIAC record in the latter, while finishing second in the 400 IM (4:31.81) ... swam the third leg of the second-place 200 freestyle (1:39.37), 400 freestyle (3:35.33), and 800 freestyle (7:48.42) relays. SEASON: Earned GLIAC Women's Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week honors (Oct. 30) after setting a WSU record in the 200 IM (2:08.34), winning the 200 fly (2:07.92), and anchoring the second-place 400 free relay team (3:40.25) with a split time of 53.28 at the Oakland Tri-Meet on Oct. 28 ... 200 IM and 200 fly times were under the NCAA "B" qualifying standard ... was honored a second time (Nov. 20) after shattering the WSU record in the 400 IM by nearly seven seconds (4:33.89), making an NCAA "B" cut and narrowly missing an "A" cut by .80 seconds, Nov. 17 against Findlay ... broke the 400 IM record again Dec. 2 at the EMU Invitational (4:31.78) ... was on four school record-setting relays at the EMU Invitational ... turned in a time of 2:08.29 in the 200 IM Jan. 19 at Eastern Michigan, breaking her own school record ... helped get the 200 medley relay qualified for nationals March 3 at Ashland's Last Chance Meet, setting another WSU record (1:47.96).

High School: A 2006 graduate of East Kentwood ... was a four-year letterwinner and helped the Falcons to a second-place league finish in 2003 ... earned several honors in including all-conference, all-district and all-state ... was the team MVP in 2004 and 2005 ... placed 15th in the 200 individual medley at the state meet in 2003, and 11th the following year ... also placed 11th in the 100 breaststroke in 2003 and 14th in the 100 butterfly in 2004 ... as a senior, was seventh in the 200 I.M. (2:07.91 prelims, 2:09.52 finals) and sixth in the 100 fly (58.86 prelims, 59.17 finals) ... played on the varsity water polo squad for four years.
