Career Notes: Ended his collegiate career tied with Kyle Hill for sixth all-time at WSU with 50 games pitched ... finished ninth in strikeout/walk ratio (1.97), 11th in victories (14), 12th in starts (29), 13th in strikeouts (140), 14th in innings pitched (191.2) and 25th in earned run average (4.04).

2009: Named to the All-GLIAC Second Team and the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... chosen as Wayne State's Top Pitcher after finishing with a 6-2 record and the fifth-best ERA in the conference (3.31) ... pitched four complete games, including two shutouts against Saginaw Valley State ... totaled 30 strikeouts with only 13 walks during the season (2.31 strikeout/walk ratio) ... pitched 5.2 innings with four strikeouts to win the season opener Feb. 20 at West Georgia, but suffered a knee injury which kept him out for a month ... made three relief appearances - including a win March 26 at Tiffin - before his next start April 5 at Northwood ... recorded four complete games over his next five starts, beginning with a three-hit shutout April 10 at SVSU ... named GLIAC Pitcher of the Week (April 13) ... beat Grand Valley State for the first time in his career April 15, and allowed just one unearned run on four hits April 25 versus Tiffin ... earned his second GLIAC Pitcher of the Week award (April 27) ... improved to 6-1 with a seven-hit shutout April 29 against the Cardinals ... allowed four runs on nine hits in 6.0 innings May 8 in the GLIAC Tournament against GVSU, the final appearance of his career ...
