Career Notes: Finished his career ranked 15th all-time at WSU in games played (152) ... is also tied for fifth in hit by pitch (19) and tied for 10th in sacrifice hits (14).

2009: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... played in 18 games, started 16 (11 LF, 5 RF) ... batted .339 and led the team with seven home runs (after hitting just one over the previous three seasons) ... posted a .768 slugging percentage, as nine of his 19 hits were for extra bases ... matched his career-high with an eight-game hitting streak, one that was split in half by an injury ... hit safely in four straight, including a 4-for-5 performance with two home runs, four RBI and four runs scored March 8 against Missouri S&T, but was injured in his next game Match 17 at Toledo when he collided with the right field wall ... returned after missing 26 games and picked up where he left off, going 2-for-4 with a home run (his fourth straight game with a homer) and three RBI April 25 versus Hillsdale ... also hit home runs as part of multi-hit games May 2 against Grand Valley State and May 8 in the GLIAC Tournament versus GVSU ... played error-free defense all season ...
