2012-13: NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS: Earned four All-America accolades, including one First Team honor as part of seventh-place 400 medley relay (3:16.44) ... swam third leg on the 10th-place 200 medley relay (1:29.72) ... joined the 14th-place 200 free (1:24.12) and 14th-place 400 free (3:01.81) relays ... placed 27th in the 100 butterfly (50.05) and 33rd in the 100 backstroke (50.49). GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS: Swam third legs of second-place 200 medley (1:29.80) and 400 medley (3:17.52) relays ... placed fifth in the 100 butterfly (49.84) and seventh in both the 100 backstroke (50.70) and 200 backstroke (1:49.75). 2011-12:  NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Earned four All-America honors (two First Team, two Honorable Mention) on relays … anchored the fifth-place 200 free relay (1:21.59) and swam the third leg of the 400 free relay (2:59.24) … performed the butterfly portion of the 11th-place 200 medley relay (1:30.08) and the 400 medley relay (3:19.41) which came in 13th … finished 22nd in the 200 backstroke (1:52.05), 26th in the 100 butterfly (50.00) and 29th in the 100 backstroke (50.79).  GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Joined two conference champion relays, swimming the third leg of the 200 free relay (1:22.07) and the 400 free relay (2:59.33; meet and pool records) … also contributed to the third-place 400 medley relay (3:19.94) … finished sixth in the 100 butterfly (50.00) and the 100 backstroke (51.28), and seventh in the 100 backstroke (1:52.37).  SEASON:  Competed in 11 meets … top 50 freestyle time (21.72) at Eastern Michigan Invitational ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team and the CSCAA Scholar All-American First Team ... 2011-12 recipient of the DII ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2010-11: NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS: Earned First Team All-America status as part of three top-eight relays … anchored the 200 free relay which tied for fifth (1:21.80) … led off the 200 medley (1:30.09) and 400 medley relays (3:18.19), both finishing sixth … leadoff time in preliminary 400 medley relay (50.17) was best 100 backstroke time of the season … finished 17th in the 100 back (50.31), missing the consolation final by .04 seconds … placed 18th in the 200 back (1:52.56) and 45th in the 50 free (21.47). GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS: Joined two championship relays … anchored the first-place 200 free relay which set a GLIAC meet record (1:21.67) … went second on the first-place 400 free relay (3:02.11) … led off the second-place 400 medley relay (3:20.21) and went third on the fourth-place 200 medley relay (1:31.70) … finished fourth in the 100 backstroke (50.60), fifth in the 200 back (1:52.13) and seventh in the 50 free (21.24). SEASON: Participated in nine meets … top time of season in 100 free (49.41) Jan. 8 at Grand Valley State ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.

2009-10: NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS: Collected five All-America honors including four First Team … finished seventh in the 100 backstroke (49.93) and 10th in the 200 back (1:50.10) … swam the third leg of the fifth-place 200 medley relay (1:30.81) and the second leg of the 200 free relay which came in eighth (1:23.42) … led off the seventh-place 400 free relay (3:03.75). GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS: Took fourth place in the 200 back (1:52.46) and fifth in the 100 back (51.64) … came in 11th in the 100 butterfly (51.80) … joined the first-place 200 (1:23.91) and 400 (3:04.54) free relays. SEASON: Posted top times in the 200 free (1:48.87) Nov. 21 at Calvin, the 200 individual medley (2:01.25) Dec. 4 at the Eastern Michigan Invitational, and the 50 free (22.54) Jan. 9 against Grand Valley State.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Jackson ... earned four varsity letters with the Vikings under coach Joe Zessin ... garnered All-America honors in 2009 ... was a two-time all-state and three-time all-conference honoree ... placed second in the 100 backstroke (51.33) and ninth in the 100 butterfly (51.84), establishing school records in both events, at the 2009 state meet ... finished third in the 100 back in 2008 and ninth in 2007 ... also holds the school record for the 500 freestyle.
