2013:  Competed in four meets ... made season debut at the Western Ontario Invitational (9/21), placing 50th with 8K time of 26:44 ... finished fourth (26:29.32) to help lead Warriors to second at SIU-Edwardsville Invitational (10/5) ... led WSU at the GLIAC Championships (10/26), placing 25th with season-best 8K time of 26:11.5 ... finished 32nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (11/9) with 10K time of 32:32.

2012:  Placed 55th (22:60) at the Detroit Titan Invite (9/8) ...came in 21st (27:10) in the Mack Cooper Classic (9/14) ... placed 158th (27:54) at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/29) ... finished 43rd (21:12) at the Lucian Rosa Invite (10/6) ... recorded a season-best sixth-place finish (25:39) at the Raider Run (10/13) ... finished 63rd (32:38) in the Midwest Regional (11/3) ... selected as the squad's Freshman of the Year.

High School:  A 2012 graduate of Anchor Bay High School ... was a four-year cross country letter winner for the Tars and coach Jeff Payne ... one of only six runners in Macomb County history to earn All-County honors all four years (1st team All-County in 2008, 2009 and 2010 and 2nd team All-County in 2011) ... placed 34th at the 2011 Division 1 state cross country meet, just missing all-state honors ... earned team Most Valuable Player award ... served as a team captain in both cross country and track ... ran the 800m (2:06), 1600m (4:30) and 3200m in track ... best time for 5k was 16:05 ... placed 20th at the 2012 Division 1 state track meet with a person best 9:44.4 for 3200m.
