2013:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team ... ran in three meets during the season ... placed 39th (22:54.94) at the Detroit Titan Invitational (9/7) ... posted top 8K time of 27:15 at the MSU Spartan Invitational (9/13) ... finished 25th overall (27:25.61) to help lead the Warriors to second at the SIU-Edwardsville Invitational (10/5) ...  2013-14 recipient of the DII ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2012:  Placed 33rd (21:55) at the Detroit Titan Invite (9/8) ...came in 17th (27:07) in the Mack Cooper Classic (9/14) ... placed 83rd (27:05) at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/29) ... finished 57th (26:29) at the Lucian Rosa Invite (10/6) ... recorded a career best 10th place finish (26:32) at the Raider Run (10/13) ... finished the year 61st (26:10) at the GLIAC Championships (10/20) ... 2012-13 recipient of the DII ADA Academic Achievement Award.

Pre-WSU:  Spent four years (2008-12) at Ferris State University ... ran both indoor and outdoor seasons for the Bulldogs in 2010 and 2011 ... ran the mile and 3000m indoor, while competing in the 1500m, 3000m and 3k steeplechase in outdoors ... competed two years (2009 and 2011) in cross country for FSU ... ran a 35:47.7 at the 2009 NCAA Regional Championship in Kenosha, Wis. ... placed 54th at the 2011 NCAA Regional in a time of 33:55.5 ... finished 43rd (36th in team scoring) at the 2009 GLIAC Championship in a time of 26:26.1 ... also finished 43rd in 2011 in a time of 27:12.53 ... did not compete in 2010 ... named to the GLIAC Outdoor Track All-Academic team for both 2010 and 2011, and the Indoor Track squad in both 2010 and 2011 ... also earned GLIAC Cross Country All-Academic accolades in both 2009 and 2011.

High School:  A 2002 graduate of Temperance Bedford High School ... earned two varsity letters (one each in cross country and track) for the Kicking Mules and coach Bob Masters ... ran a 17:35.5 at the 2001 MHSAA State Cross Country meet.
