2014-15:  GLIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Competed in four events ... collected a season-best time of 1:44.29 in the 200 free ... posted a 10:03.63 in the 1000 free ... finished the 100 back in 51.63 to place eighth and the 200 back in 1:53.68.  SEASON:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... swam in seven meets ... posted top regular season times in the 50 free (22.81) at the Eastern Michigan Invitational (12/5), the 200 free (1:50.68) against Ashland (11/15), the 1000 free (10:03.63), 50 back (24.94) vs. Eastern Michigan (1/17), the 100 back (53.97) and 200 back (1:56.50) during the meet with Grand Valley State (1/10) and the 100 fly versus Calvin (11/14).

2013-14:  Competed in seven meets ... placed seventh in the 200 backstroke (1:51.02) and 10th in the 100 backstroke (51.60) at the GLIAC Championships ... also finished 18th in the 50 freestyle (21.42) and the 200 freestyle (1:45.03) at the league meet ... top regular season times in the 100 backstroke (54.77; relay lead-off) and 100 freestyle (49.48) vs. Ashland (Nov. 16) ... 1:56.58 in the 200 backstroke vs. Grand Valley (Jan. 11) ... named to CSCAA Scholar All-American Honorable Mention list.

High School:  A 2013 graduate of Zeeland East ... swam and lettered four years for the Chix and coach Mike Torrey ... finished fourth in the 100 freestyle and fifth in the 50 freestyle at the Division 1 state finals as a senior ... placed 10th in the 100 free at the state meet as a junior ... won four team conference championships ... earned all-conference and all-state honors as a junior and senior ... named Most Improved Swimmer ... selected as swimming team captain as a junior ... also lettered three seasons in water polo ... recipient of National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association Academic All-American award ... also swam with the West Michigan Swimmers club team under Mike Torrey.
