2018-19:  INDOOR:  Competed in six of the eight regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished 12th in the 400m race at GLIACs in a personal-best time of 1:00.07 ... ran the second leg of the fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:56.28) at GLIACs ... posted a career-best time of 27.33 for 200m at the Jet's Pizza Invite (1/26).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in three of the seven meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... ran a career-best time of 59.10 for 400m to finish 10th at the GLIAC Championships (5/2) ... ran the third leg of the 4x400m which placed third at the GLIAC Championships (5/3) in a time of 3:54.33

Invitational (10/6) with a time of 21:37.1.  INDOOR:  Competed in seven of eight meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... helped WSU to a pair of fourth-place finishes at the league meet - 4x400 relay (3:56.32) and DMR (12:37.91) ... ran a season-best time of 1:01.46 for 400m at the GVSU Saturday Big Meet (2/10) ... compiled a season-best time of 1:40.53 for 600m at the GVSU Friday Big Meet (2/9) ... ran a season-best time of 2:25.05 for 800m at Youngstown State (2/3).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in five meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... ran anchor on the third-place 4x400m relay (3:57.99) at the league meet (5/4) ... set all three season-bests at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/21) - 200m (26.85), 400m (1:00.62) and running anchor on the 4x400m relay (3:57.99).

2016-17:  CROSS COUNTRY:  Participated in five meets for the Warriors … finished the 4k course in 20:42.7 at Oakland’s Golden Grizzly Open (9/2) … notched a time of 30:46.1 at the Ray Helsing Bulldog Invite (9/10) … posted a 5k personal-best (24:10.4) at the Michigan Intercollegiate (10/7) … garnered a a time of 28:05.0 at the GLIAC Championships (10/22) ... finished the 6k NCAA Midwest Regional (11/5) in a personal-best time of 26:06.27.  INDOOR:  Competed in all seven meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... ran a season-best time of 1:38.92 for 600m at the GVSU Friday Big Meet (2/10) ... had a season-best time of 2:23.15 for 800m at the Findlay Classic (1/27) ... also competed in the 4x400m relay and DMR.  OUTDOOR:  Competed in five meets, including the GLIAC Championships … recorded a personal best of 1:00:31 for 400m at the Bellarmine Invitational (3/31) … took first in the 4X400m relay at the Cumberlands Invitational (4/8) … set a career best (2:21:28) in the 800m at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/22) … ran the third leg of the 4X400m relay at the GLIAC Championships, which took third.

2015-16 (at Hampton):  Competed on the cross country and track and field squads. CROSS COUNTRY:  Participated in one meet for Hampton … crossed the finish line in 24:06.9 at the William & Mary Invitational (9/18).   INDOOR:  Competed in four meets for the Pirates … finished seventh in the 4x400 relay (4:07.60) and placed ninth in the 600m run (1:40.98) at the CNU Holiday Open (12/5) ... won the distance medley relay (12:26.17) at the Captains Invitational (1/22) … garnered a fourth-place finish in the 800m run (2:25.64) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (1/29).  OUTDOOR:  Participated in five meets … finished 10th in the 800m run with a time of 2:17.65 at the Colonial Relays (3/31) … placed 11th during the prelims of the 800m run (2:21.04) at the MEAC Championships. 

High School:  A 2015 graduate from Oak Park High School … earned four letters in track and field and two letters in cross country for the Knights … was a four-time All-State selection in track … won the 4x800 relay state title with a time of 8:54.29 in 2015 … garnered a state championship in the 4x400 relay (3:49.88) her junior season … earned All-American honors for three years … posted a 10th-place finish in the Running Fit Coaches Legends Invite (9/27) with a time of 21:11.0 … finished in the top-10 (22:18.7) at the Oakland Athletic Association Blue Division Championships (10/16).
