2018-19:  Was a CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee.  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in the six of the eight regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... placed eighth in the pentathlon at GLIACs ... notched a season-best throw in the shot put of 7.65m at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open (1/18) ... recorded a personal-best 2,337 points in the pentathlon at the SVSU Holiday Open (12/8), which included season-bests in both the high jump (1.37m) and long jump (5.07m).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... competed in five meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... had a season-best mark of 5.07m in the long jump to place 10th at GLIACs ... ran a WSU season-best time of 1:05.10 for 400m hurdles at the Davenport Tune-Up (4/27) ... finished seventh in the finals of the 400m hurdles (1:05.80) at GLIACs ... helped the 4x100m relay place sixth at GLIACs in a time of 49.39 ... 2018-19 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2016-17:  INDOOR:  Competed in the first six meets ... ran season-best times of 8.31 for the 60m dash and 26.65 for 200m at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic (2/4) ... posted fastest 400m time of 1:02.47 at the Findlay Classic (1/27) ... had a season-best time for the 60m hurdles event of 9.71 at the Findlay Oiler Opener (12/9) ... also competed in the 4x400 relay (4:09.32) and the DMR (13:14.67).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in six meets, including the GLIAC Championships … took first in the 400m hurdles at (1:05:87) the Bellarmine Invitational (3/31) and (1:05:00) the Cumberlands Invitational (4/7) … placed second in the 4X400m relay at the Cumberlands Invitational running the second leg (4:09:15) ... recorded a personal best for 400m hurdles (1:03:80) in the prelims at the GLIAC Championships … placed sixth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:04:36 at GLIAC Championships
