2018-19:  Selected as the track Field Athlete of the Year ... was a CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee.  INDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in seven of the eight regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... placed fifth in the pentathlon with a personal-best 2,943 points ... finished sixth in the triple jump with a personal-best of 11.07m, after being seeded ninth ... set the following personal-bests as part of the pentathlon:  9.25 for 60m hurdles, 1.38m for high jump, 9.91m for shot put, and a 2:45.33 for 800m ... recorded a personal-best for the long jump at 5.09m at the GVSU Big Meet Saturday (2/9).  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in five meets, including the GLIAC Championships ... finished sixth in the heptathlon at GLIACs with a personal-best total of 3,812 points ... finished fifth in the triple jump at GLIACs (10.77m) and seventh in the javelin (31.80m) ... in the heptathlon at GLIACs, set personal-bests in 100m hurdles (15.28), high jump (1.42m) and 200m (28.43) ... recorded a personal-best toss of 37.40m in the javelin at the Davenport Tune-Up (4/27) ... had a wind aided time of 15.25 for 100m hurdles at the Oakland Golden Grizzlies Invite (4/13).

2015-16:  INDOOR:   Participated in eight meets ... had a season-best for the shot put (8.37m) at the SVSU Holiday Open (12/4) ... ran a season-best for 600m (1:58.45) at the Hillsdale Winter Opener (1/9) ... recorded a season-best time for 800m (2:56.86) at the SVSU Classic (1/15) ... ntoched a season-best distance in the long jump (4.76m) at the Dragon Open (1/23), while also recording a season-best time of 9.61 for 60m hurdles ... posted a season-best time of 8.53 for 60m at the SVSU Triangular (2/5) ... tallied a season-best time of 28.48 for 200m at the GVSU Saturday Big Meet (2/13).  OUTDOOR:  Competed in six meets, including the GLIAC Championship ... ran a season-best for 100m hurdles (16.52-wind)  at the Miami University Duals (4/2) ... had a season-best javelin toss of 35.48m at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (4/22).
