JaRaymond Hall joined the Wayne State University football coaching staff as Director Of Player Personnel and Assistant Offensive Line Coach in August of 2024.

In his first season with the Warriors, Hall helped mentor Honorable Mention All-GLIAC selection as WSU rushed for over 145 yards per game and scored 21 red zone touchdowns.

He began his collegiate career at the University of Michigan in 2017, before finishing at Central Michigan (2018-21).

After earning his bachelor's degree from CMU in Community Development, he earned a master's degree from the University of Kentucky in Kinesiology in 2022.  While with the Wildcats, Hall served as a recruiting assistant.

He spent the 2023 season as the Assistant Offensive Line Coach and Transfer Recruiting Coordinator at Lawrence Technological University.

A native of Detroit, Hall spent his prep career at Oak Park under legendary coach Greg Carter.  He helped lead the Knights to 26 wins over his four years, including a 7-4 record as a senior by anchoring the offensive line.

Hall was selected to the Division 1-2 Associated Press All-State First Team his last two years at OPHS.  The No. 2 rated player in Oakland County by MIPrepZone.com, he was named First Team All-State by the Detroit News as well as earning Detroit Free Press All-Division 2 team accolades.
