2023:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team ... competed in five meets ... raced to a 22nd place finish at the Skippers Cross Country Showcase (9/1) with a time of 28:08.20 … finished 47th (27:21.70) at the Warrior Challenge (9/15) … recorded a time of 29:35.70 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/22) for 266th overall … competed at the Muskegon Jayhawk Invitational (10/14) and was 72nd (27:52.85) … collected 66th (26:50.80) at the GLIAC Championships (10/21).
