2005: Earned All-GLIAC Second Team honors after finishing eighth at the GLIAC Championship on Oct. 22 ... had two top ten finishes - at the Cross Country Only Nationals placing 3rd and at the GLIAC Championships finishing 8th ... best 8k time came at the Lehigh/Paul Short Invitational with a time of 25:15 ... finished 15th (32:14.9) at the NCAA Regional on Nov. 5, earning all-region honors ... named to the GLIAC All-Academic team.

2004: Placed 17th in the Michigan Intercollegiate in a time of 26:30 ... finished 27th at the GLIAC Championships in a time of 26:45 ... placed 47th at NCAA Great Lakes Regional (hosted by SIU-Edwardsville) in a 10K time of 34:00.36, which helped team qualify for Nationals ... finished 94th at NCAA Championships.
