Hasan "Has" Daoud was named assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the inaugural season of the Wayne State University women's soccer program.  He joined the staff of head coach Doug Steinard in October of 2025.  

Daoud currently serves as the Michigan Jaguars Pro head coach for the Women's squad.  He teamed with Coach Steinard in 2023 to help the Jags win the national title.  He has served the last two summers (2024 and 2025) as the head coach of the Jags Pro team guiding the squad to the national final four both seasons of the United Women's Soccer league.

He began his coaching career in 2021 with the Dearborn Jags.

As a player, he helped Cedar FC win the 2024 Great Lakes title of the Midwest Premier League.  He is currently playing for Detroit United, while also attending Wayne State.

The Dearborn native graduated from Fordson High School in 2016 and is the son of Mariam and Mike Daoud.Â
