2013: Joined WSU track team for inaugural indoor season ... set school record in the long jump (14-10.50), placing sixth in the event at BGSU's Tom Wright Classic ... also helped establish school record as part of the 4x400 relay team (4:13.79) that placed 14th at the GLIAC Indoor Championship ... placed ninth in the 200 meter dash (29.67) at the Baldwin-Wallace Meet ... 2012-13 recipient of the DII ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2012-13: Played volleyball at Kalamazoo Valley Community College ... Second Team All-MCCAA Western Conference as a defensive specialist ... transferred to Wayne State in January 2013 ... played 30 matches (107 sets) with 37 assists and 27 services aces ... also compiled 510 digs and seven block assists.

2011-12: Attended KVCC and was a member of the volleyball team ... named Academic All-MCCAA as well as earning NJCAA Award of Superior Academic Achievement ... totaled 266 digs in 86 sets with 19 service aces.

2010-11: Attended Saginaw Valley State University, but did not compete in varsity intercollegiate athletics ... played on the club lacrosse team.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Delton Kellogg High School ... earned All-League (KVA) honors as a senior in the 400 relay, 800 relay and 1600 relay ... was a state medalist (8th) in the 800 relay while also being a state qualifier in the 400 relay ... earned First Team All-KVA accolades as a junior in the 100m, 300m hurdles and 1600 relay ... named First Team All-State in 2009 after placing third in the 300m hurdles ... 2008 First Team All-KVA selection in both the 400 relay and 1600 relay ... named All-Berry County as a sophomore for the 400 relay ... was a state qualifier in all three relays in 2008 plus the 300m hurdles ... earned two All-State medalist honors as a sophomore for the 400 relay (third place) and 800 relay (seventh place) ... named All-Berry County twice as a freshman for 400 relay (first place) and 1600 relay (second place) ... was a state qualifier in 2007 as part of the 400 relay ... was a two-time Academic All-State honoree ...  three-time team MVP ... played club volleyball for Dead Frog Volleyball Club ... also played basketball and volleyball (four years each) for the Panthers ... honorable mention All-State for volleyball in 2009 ... was a five-year team captain (two years in both volleyball and track, and one year in basketball) ... holds school record for 100m as well as part of relay records for 4x100 and 4x200.
