2023-24: 2023-24 recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.   INDOOR:  Named to the Academic All-GLIAC Excellence Team ... competed in six regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished fifth at GLIACs in the 60m dash (7.85) ... placed ninth at GLIACs with a season-best 200m dash time of 25.39 ... ran a personal-best time of 7.79 in the 60m dash in the prelims of the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invitational ... notched a personal-best time of 41.27 for 300m at the W-C-W meet.  OUTDOOR:  Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... participated in five regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships and the Baldwin Wallace Last Chance meet (Harrison Dillard Twilight) ... finished seventh at GLIACs in the 100m dash (12.35) and 10th in the 200m dash (24.97) ... was a member of the third place 4x100m relay at GLIACs ... ran a season-best time of 12.23 for 100m dash at the Concordia Alumni Legacy meet ... registered a personal-best 200m dash time of 25.14 at the Cal State LA Twilight ... ran the third leg of the winning 4x100m relay at BWHDT, with the third-fastest time in program history.

2020-21:  INDOOR:  Competed in three regular-season meets, plus the GLIAC Championships ... finished eighth in the 200m dash (26.38) at GLIACs (2/28) and 11th in both the long jump (season-best mark of 5.02m) and 60m dash (season-best time of 7.94) ... ran a season-best time of 26.04 for 200m both during the GLIAC Prelims and the SVSU Tune-Up (2/19) ... clocked in at a season-best time of 1:00.94 for 400m at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite (1/30).  OUTDOOR:  Recipient of the squad's Warrior Award, which is given to an athlete who embodies the Warrior spirit in more ways than just performing on the track; having a positive attitude, showing perseverance and overcoming obstacles when facing life’s challenges ... did not compete.

High School:  A 2020 graduate of Bridgman High School ... was a three-year varsity letterwinner for the Bees (would have been four years except for COVID-19) ... won both the 100m dash (12.46) and 200m dash (25.93) as a junior at the MHSAA Division 4 state track meet, while finishing as the runner-up in both the 400m dash (1:00.09) and long jump (17-04.75) ... placed second (100m dash – 12.65) and fifth (200m dash – 26.34/25.88 prelims) at the 2018 MHSAA Division 4 state meet ... finished seventh in the 100m dash (12.74) as a freshman at the MHSAA Division 3 state meet ... received the WSJM Female Student-Athlete of the Year award ... also competed in cross country, basketball and soccer for BHS ... was a three-time All-Conference honoree in cross country (First Team in 2017 and 2018, and Honorable Mention in 2019) ... helped the 2019 cross country squad to the MHSAA Division 4 state title by finishing 81st (52nd in team scoring) in 21:55.8 ... was an Academic All-State recipient in cross county as a senior ... received Second Team All-State recognition in soccer as a junior ... served as a team captain in all three sports ... is a member of the National Honor Society ... was a four-year member of the Academic Honor Roll.
