Bailey Baumer joined the volleyball coaching staff as the volunteer assistant coach in February of 2019. She assists with film/scouting reports and administrative duties as well as support all training with a focus on the defensive position.
Baumer was a four-time letterwinner at Ball State, where she graduated with a nursing degree in May of 2018.
She was a three-time Academic All-MAC selection and was the 2016 Distinguished Scholar Athlete award winner. In addition, she earned the MAC Presidential Award in 2018 and helped the Cardinals win the 2017 MAC West Division title.
She currently works as a nurse at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
Baumer is a native of Batesville, Ind. and is the daughter of Mike and Kris Baumer.
