Kelsey (Meyers) Voss, who began her 12th year on the WSU staff in the fall of 2025, was named Associate Athletic Director for Student Support Services in March of 2023, after serving as the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance and NCAA Liaison since August of 2019.
She was originally hired in May of 2014 as assistant compliance coordinator and was promoted to an Assistant Athletics Director in March of 2017.
Voss joined the WSU athletic department after working as an Assistant Academic Advisor for Athletics at Indiana University. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University in 2011 and earned her master's degree in Sports Administration from Wayne State University in 2013.
In the spring of 2013, Voss served as the women's track & field graduate assistant coach at WSU. She also assisted then Assistant Athletics Director for Academic Support and Senior Woman Administrator Candice Turner as a Learning Specialist Intern.
Voss ran cross country at Michigan State in 2008 and 2009 and at Wayne State in 2012. She also competed in indoor and outdoor track for the Spartans in 2008 and 2009.
A native of Goodrich, Mich., Voss was a three-time academic all-state honoree in both cross country and track at Goodrich High School.
She and her husband, Dustin, are the parents of two kids, Wren (daugther) and Jett (son).
