Senior Brailen Neely (Detroit, Mich. / Western International) scored 18 points in each game against Ferris State this past weekend as the Warriors split the important series.  The win on Saturday gave Wayne State its first outright GLIAC regular-season title since the 1998-99 season and secured a first-round bye in the conference tournament.

During the two games, Neely also tallied 36 points, 21 assists, 11 rebounds and four steals.

In the win on Saturday, Neely notched his first double-double of the season with 18 points and a season-best 12 assists to go with six rebounds and three steals.
