Zac Truman started his 2023 season by winning the overall 8K race at SC4's Skipper Showcase with a time of 25:08.50.  It was the first chance for the redshirt fifth-year runner to compete since the 2021 NCAA Championships after not running in any events in 2022.  Truman picked up his first ever outdoor cross country victory as a Warrior with the result.  As a team, the Warriors won the event with an overall score of just 17, including the top four finishers and five of the first seven.
