Wayne State's game-two starter against Saginaw Valley State on Saturday, Braylon Laroo (Canton, Mich. / Detroit Catholic Central), put together a pitching showcase in WSU's 11-run triumph (13-2).  The freshman rebounded from a two-run first inning by SVSU to retire the next 21 Cardinals in order for a complete-game win on 95 pitches.  Laroo improved to 3-0 on the season with the victory and recorded a new career-best in innings pitched (seven) and punchouts (six) in the effort.  He allowed just one hit, which came to the second batter of the game.
