Wayne State University student-athletes had another stellar semester in the classroom during the Winter 2012 term with 58 percent of the student-athletes recording at least a 3.00 term grade-point average.
"The last statistic that we review at the end of the athletic year is how we did in the classroom," stated Wayne State University Athletics Director
Rob Fournier. "This report further underscores the work of our coaches and student-athletes in championing our primary focus. The 110 student-athletes who graduated the past two semesters is an impressive acknowledgement of that emphasis."
Fifteen (15) student-athletes, from eight different sports, recorded perfect 4.00 term gpa (indicated by *).
